La Quinta is a short drive from our Indio base along Highway 111 or Avenue 50, so it's one of the easiest places for us to reach.
The Cove is La Quinta's original neighborhood, a grid of smaller homes tucked into the mountains around Calle Tampico and Avenida Bermudas, close to Old Town La Quinta and the historic La Quinta Resort & Club. Farther east and south you'll find PGA West, Rancho La Quinta, the Madison Club, Trilogy, the Citrus Club and the newer neighborhoods off Madison Street.
We also get calls from homes near Lake Cahuilla and the Bear Creek Trail, where the desert meets the mountains.
A big share of La Quinta homes, especially in PGA West, are short-term rentals or second homes. Dishwashers, washers and ice makers in rental homes run far more cycles than in a typical household, and guests rarely report a problem until it's serious. We work with owners and property managers to repair quickly between guest stays.
Homes in the Cove are older and often smaller, with tighter kitchens and laundry spaces. Many have been remodeled with new appliances that sit on old plumbing, which can lead to drain and supply issues we're used to sorting out.
Yes. We work with owners and property managers in PGA West and other La Quinta communities and can schedule around guest turnovers.
Yes. The Cove is a regular part of our routes, and we're used to its older homes and tighter spaces.
Yes. We cover all of 92253, including Trilogy, the Madison Club and the newer areas south of Avenue 54.
That's usually hard water scale combined with heavy use. We clean the spray arms and filter, check the heating element and recommend a rinse-aid setting for local water.
